@DerekChaunessey What i do know is that overwhelming and unresolved stress leads to adrenal fatigue/exhaustion. I use to think i had no stress in my life. College is stressful, exams, final exams, anticipation of graduating. Stress is not the same thing as adrenal fatigue. Understand that stress can come in many ways, emotionally, physically, mentally, chemically (which is physical). Even what you eat can put stress on your body.

He used applied kinesiology to prescribe this. If you don't know what that is, it seems like pseudoscience, although everything he gave me at the end of the day was legit, in my opinion. But seriously, I'm never stressed, always relaxed, I eat almost a Paleo/Mediterrasian diet rich in fruits and vegetables and nuts, and I work out with weights and run. I feel so relaxed sometimes I feel like I could be on drugs. Why would he think I have adrenal fatigue?

Is stress the same thing as adrenal fatigue? I just finished up grad school in May and have been living at home for a few months. I always get 8-11 hours of sleep each night, and am never stressed. Honestly, I don't think I've ever been stressed too much in my life. But I have a low thyroid and was just put on desiccated thyroid hormone. But my doctor told me to take an adrenal support supplement for two weeks before starting thyroid hormone. He did something called applied kinesiology.

Hey. Hope you don't mind. Used this in my blog. Good stuff. Appreciated.

Great video! You've inspired me to do a 10pm-6am experiment for a few weeks and see how I feel.
I'm going to move the alarm clock right now.
Thanks again.
Is there any scientific proof to these cycles? 10-2 pm physical repair, 2-6 mentally?
I'd be glad to have some verification
