why didn't you just buy a potter 15 and be able to repair and perform maintenance with easy and without using a boat yard or a crane? If you are a guy who enjoys this hobby of sailing, you can do it much more economically and more frequently if you had a micro cruiser. If have a job that supports your hobby, you can do it cheaper, which means less time at your job and more time on the ocean.
