  • North Koreans are, on average, 15 cm shorter than their southern counterparts. This is primarily due to people drinking from the sewage water.

  • I was born in China...and from what I know personally, most Chinese youth today are much more fascinated by South Korea's culture and people than the closed North's. Many in even the government are beginning to support Korean reunification with Seoul in power. I truly have no love for the North, and I wish that its leaders would just fall from power sooner or later...

  • except that north korea is stronger then the south in case of war, just leave north korea alone jeez, its not like their terrorist and threatening other countries , just leave them alone, its not like you can help them either without destroying seoul and all of south korea perhaps or the peninsula or even the world

  • No its because their southern counterparts undergo spinal surgery, and the girls undergo plastic surgery

  • @Falamu445 yeah i found out he died, and i was so happy i felt like doing a backflip. as a soldier whos gonna be in south korea for a while the thought of being vaporized was always in the back of my mind. it still is but the thought of kim jon il being dead kinda makes me feel more comfortable about where im going

  • I mean, even statistically, 1.6 million Chinese people visited South Korea in the first 9 months of 2011 alone...and around 748,710 Chinese students visited the South for study. I'm not sure the exact numbers for the North, but from what I know...I think it is truly very few indeed...

  • @scribbie145 Thank you. Despite the flaws of both China and the current ruin of Korea, I still hope for a better world - and a world of peace. However, there is at least some good now, I suppose - if you have not yet heard, the North Korean dictator is dead. However, I am not sure whether his son, though educated in the West, will be better or worse for America and the rest of the world...

  • @Falamu445 im glad you share this viewpiont, what you have to state helps show that citizens on this planet are more unified despite political beliefs. hopefully someday world piece will be achieved and wars will end. in the mean time we will all stand together working for the sake of humanity

  • @brettsworld99 Of course. Wiping out an entire country is perfectly logical. I mean, that TOTALLY won't damage the world economy at all! It certainly wouldn't have ANY negative impacts what-so-ever because the US, of course, is only capable of evil. I love your logic! It's so flawless! :)

  • Do you really think anyone wants to deal with this bs. :U China is not in the mood to babysit another Korean War (Excuse my word choice). I'm sure another war is the LAST thing China wants to deal with. Same goes with the U.S. If NK does something, the rest of the world will probably think, "Oh hell no." And I'd *like* to think North Korea isn't *that* stupid.

  • @Ihateflagging123 I highly doubt that. After all-- they need to give the political prisoners SOMETHING to do, yeah?
