hi! i have a question, what can be an alternative for this using free weights like dumbbells? see i have back problems and i find it difficult holding a bent over position like that for the rear lateral raise and barbell row exercises. thanks! hope to hear from you soon

If you use a bench to sit down and do this exercise it relieves a lot of stress from the back

You can always angle a bench and lie on it, espically if they are the folding ones
