  • hey one question .... How do I get connected to the xbmc scripts?

and that upon entering any of them, like the apple tv, the video never loads. The same happens with the weather forecast, this application never loads.

  • @JuanKsk893

    hmm check you network settings.?

if you router have dhcp and all those things.

also some scripts do not work anymore.

    it's ooooollddd

  • Hello, are you using an composite or component cable? I have the issue that I have a green tinted screen with my component cable. It is also a 1.6.

  • @TheGod130

  • it's implemented into xbmc,

    i never tried myself .

  • Could you play a somewhat older game like, say, Diablo 2 or Warcraft 3 on Linux? Any way to play these on Xbox? Thanks

  • Umm how did u download the youtube script inside your XBMC?? i have the download link but idk how to out it inside the xbox

  • Yeah actually, I'm not arguing with you really, I'm just saying it should be possible to do. Anyways, I'm ending this, because it doesn't really matter. Thanks for the "info".

  • Do you know what wine stands for?

    Wine is not (an) Emulator.

It redirects direct-x shaders through the rendering client wine is a client that re-directs everything through linux' open source 3d engine of choice

It's not an emulator. If Wine was an emulator (says you) it would take 3x the horsepower minimum by rule of thumb not taking into dynaric or static rendering and the resources don't match.

Stop arguing with me when I clearly know more.

    You-suck-with-computers

  • Diablo 2 System Requirements OS: Windows 95 and up (WINE in sub) CPU: Pentium® 233 or equivalent RAM: 32 MB RAM HDD: 650 MB available hard drive space Read Medium: 4X CD-ROM drive GFX: DirectX compatible video card Xbox Hardware CPU: 733 MHz Intel Custom Pentium III RAM: Micron 64 MB DDR SDRAM GFX: 250 MHz Custom-Designed NV2X Do the math. It should be possible. Someone will get it someday, if they already haven't. WINE should be able to emulate it.
  • You keep mentioning Ultima Online. Funny, since I've always been talking about a different game. Also, I never did say that I did it, nor did I say I knew it could be done. I said it should. You're giving yourself way too many props on something that frankly, I don't really care that much about. I simply said it should be possible.

  • So, explain to me why I was getting 5 fps in a game that requires half of what the xbox is capable of?

You can't run diablo 2. Like you said. The hardware requirements are a fact!

    Hacker pwned!
