@xMatthewxOceanx I know that now. My best friend became a raw vegan recently. He looked great after just a few weeks while still training as usual. It's as simple, as it is brilliant.

Bloody Elbow: " Shields did what Koscheck, Fitch and Alves all failed to do-he took two rounds from the champ. Credit Shields with fighting a great fight, he flustered GSP throughout the bout. Shields frustrated GSP, despite his awkward standup, he threw the champs timing off.
Shields did more than anyone in a long time-he made GSP look bad and that's saying a helluva lot.
The last time a champ walked out hurt after losing the final rounds to a challenger, Shogun got an immediate rematch."

Teenagers make good idol followers. Fact Miller NO Championships. Shields 5 reginal and 4 world Championships. Fact: Miller was BANNED for a year for going in the cage when he didn't belong.
Miller KNEW that Shields was going to the UFC, everyone knew. Miller KNEW there were 4 or 5 fighters a head of him even if Shields wasn't leaving.

@Humanoids Oh, all right. I knew Shields was a vegetarian, but I couldn't put those two pieces together.
I was wondering how Shields manages to stay on that kind of fitness level while being vegetarian.
If I knew I'd probably switch myself too.
