I thought I liked the later one alot better than this one, but after listening to this one closely a few times there is no comparison in the 2. This one is WAY better

is there actual singing in this? if so, who is it?

According to William Loose's sheet music to this song, there is a section of the music that says " voices". However it is unknown whose voices they actually are. I seem to hear one male and one female voice in certain parts of the song. I would assume they were members of William Loose's orchestra.
