1. Various - including mention of an informal open house on proposed FEMA Floodplain/Flood Insurance Rate Maps on March 3 2011 at 2pm thru 9pm
New Business:
1. Discussion of FEMA mapping - FEMA floodplain map was modified -- several areas in Kalona were excluded from the Special Flood Hazard Area -- as a result of analyses submitted by the County Engineer and accepted by FEMA.
2. Discussion of installation of a standalone diesel generator for the Community Center and Fire Department
3. Discussion of the needed replacement of the City pool's filter system
4. Approval of renewal of liquor license for Dave Stimmel, d/b/a Hard Luck Cafe
5. Consideration of Budget 2011-12 and setting of public hearing on same for Monday, March 7, 2010
