Archie met Edith at the Puritan Made Ice Cream Parlor. Edith was there with Cousin Maude (Muuuaaadddeeee) and eating a "steamboat." Archie walked over and crushed the steamboat while leaning on the table.

@marsmoke no the theme song is not on this album.i looked for YEARS to find that extended version that was played on am radio when i was a kid.i finally found it last year.

it was only released on a 45 on atlantic records.

The talent of these two was off the charts. I still watch reruns just to marvel at their tremendous talent. I remember watching the first shows and almost falling out of my chair with laughter. The writers and actors were the best in television.
