William Olson testifies on behalf of Gun Owners of America at Elena Kagan Confirmation Hearings.

On Thursday, Gun Owners of America had the important opportunity to testify concerning the Second Amendment views of Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan.

William J. Olson, counsel of record on amicus briefs for GOA in both the Heller and McDonald Supreme Court cases, testified at the hearing that Kagan has demonstrated "visceral hostility" to the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms.

A Republican win in Congress can be totally nullified by having a majority left Supreme Court. If just one conservative judege decides to retire (as is the case with Judge Kennedy) Obama will again nominate one of his left leaning Communist, anti-America buddies. Once he has a left leaning Supreme Court the Republcan Congress will be left powerless when it comes to repealing Obamacare. Remember the people are in office until the die or retire.

Kagan is NOT like all the others. She is much more dangerous than ANY other judge we have ever nominated to the bench. WE MUST STOP HER nomination. There is rumor that conservative Supreme Court Judge (Kennedy) is thinking about retiring. If he does, this will give Obama the chance for a majority left leaning SupremetCourt and therefore will quarantee Obamacare will never be deemed unConstitutional. Stopping her is URGENT to our country.
