@tiahio I would like to see the Sumitsubo hold my tape measure and attach itself to a sheet of plywood and flooring material, did you watch the Video?? also I checked out that tool it's a chalk line with ink, with a stanley quick spike type end, post a video with the tool being used for me please.

This tool is called Sumitsubo(墨壷) in Japan.

It's a japanese carpenters tool.

I am a builder and framing contractor. I is not very often that an inexpensive product comes along that actually makes life easier and quicker. I have also started using it in my metal work also. After using it myself I showed it to one of the old timers on my crew and I have to continuously steal it back from him. Doug Lough, Lough const.

This is one of those tools that has all of us slapping ourselves for not thinking of ourselves.

What a great time saver! I received my order of 5 V-Line Clamps last Friday and have already given away 2 of them. I always keep an eye open for tools that can help my crews work faster, more accurately, and more efficiently. The slot for my tape measure us really handy.
