Kayaking on the Treweryn near Bala wales, a selection of clips mostly of Tim Freeman.
Just below a reservoir this is an artificial white water course. It is a remodelled natural river. On selected days they release water paddlers can play in. On this day 9 cubic metres per second was flowing.
It is quite challenging, harder than the loop on dartmoor by quite a bit. Features are very closely packed in with only small pools. You need to be able to make beak outs quite accurately. If not you end up running several features all one after the other, maybe out of control with soggy results.
