Twenty District Commissioners were among 5,000 students who graduated at a colourful ceremony at Moi University. The administrators, who have been taking post-graduate courses in public administration, were conferred with Masters Degrees.
siasa it was on K24. but then ever since the president stopped presiding over the graduation ceremonies, they have lost the glitz. It used to be a big deal during Moi's time, i remember KBC used to cover it live and you'd hear all the names being read. now no one notices.

way to go Kenyans. Keep it up. An educated population will overcome many humankind challenges. Politicians will have to serve people and not people waiting for handouts from them.
