His mom was the best place for him!!!! dcf took him and put him with people that suked ass!!! Sometimes dcf needs to help the parents not just break up families!!!!

DCF needs to be gone!!! Child abuse should go through court and the people doing this should go to jail. Get rid of chpt 13 you don't even get to see your accusers. No on chpt 13 anyone can lie, false allegations and poof....you lose your children to foster care where they abuse your child sexually and physically, so much for our system caring for your children. And they call the parent evil. You only need one state agency usually MHRC to lie and you loose your child to evil money hungry etc

@examinationboard I would have to agree with you, they needed more supervision to prevent this from happening. People who do these things need to be taught a lesson

SAD!!

Foster care has come a long way...backwards... But this comes from people not wanting their tax dollars going to those "free loaders" like this kid. Better our tax dollars go towards a lake front Governors mansion.

That's just not right fir the things that happened to him I hope he's doing better now

@maureen1002 I think you are very bias against parents in this debate. I am sure their are some bad parents and bad foster parents, and bad cps workers, their are bad people all over. Why are you so defensive of CPS?? Like any profession I am sure CPS also has its bad apples. I have also heard of CPS leaving kids with bad parents, only to hear later the child was killed or severely injured as a result. So it is clear something is broken here, and all aspects of the system need to be looked at.
sorry to sound a little violent but i would have beat the shit out of all of the bully's in that home.

I can see that this child has suffered far more abuse from the system than he has suffered from the purported violation of his privacy.
