  • I got it now.

  • @scriptwriter47 Your last three comment are not very clear. "lulu...they suck!!!", isn't a question. "Please tell me why?" doesn't give me any detail on which to answer a question and "Can you be more specific?" is way too general a question. What can I help you with and I'll try to answer and be very specific. Thanks.

  • @hubbabubbas2 The page in the back of the book, yes. The front does not have to have a blank page. I hope that helps. Good luck.

  • @freethillsdotcom Thanks, I hoped it would be helpful. I figure out most everything I spoke about by uing lulu. My bookisout at wwwdotrockyperydotcom. Thanks for asking.

@djmarkalomnd I do have other videos on self publishing and copyrighting an such. look them up on my channel rocko2080

  • No, i shouldn't take too long. I did have an order that took about two weeks once. If you go to the mylulu tab on the lulu.com site, you can check and see if it says shipped or fullfilling. They will mae it as shipped once they ship it. If you paid for ground mail, you can track it, but if you went the cheapest route, then you can't. My advice, don't gt worried. It will get there.

  • It is all about the printing. 6x9 works best for them, so that is what yu get. It is also the perfect hardback size and a lot of fiction is 6x9: Harry Potter, Warrior Cats series, and lots and lots more. It is more common than you think these days. the old school 3x6 is kind of fading out, except with older Publishers. I hope you get it worked out. Good luck and post here if I can help any any other way.

  • @rocko2080 That was me(dmorganification), asking 'scriptwriter47' "please tell me why" he felt, "Lulu sucks!"

And.... 'Azstarwatcher' asking 'scriptwriter47' "can you be more specific." My original query is below.........

  • @scriptwriter47 Can you be more specific? ;)

  • @scriptwriter47 Please tell me why? I am about to go down that route!

  • I looked into Lulu years ago, but did not have the patience then to follow through. I tried to get my completed manuscript published through the traditional manner, and got empty praises from literary agencies that were always asking for money(s) which I paid, but received nothing in the end. I'm ready to take control again. But I feel I need an editor to peruse my work b4 publishing. Should I just have faith in my work: no extra funds to pay for one! Thanks for your advice in advance.

  • lulu.... they suck!!!!

  • I just published a poetry book through lulu.com and I can vouch that your video is honest and very helpful. If you look over your work a few times before submitting, your work should be good. Only thing is they require half inch margins, but in OpenOffice .5 doesn't mean .5 but put .6" for the margins and that will work.

  • what program do u use to create your cover.
