While I admit I do still chuckle at the cheesiness of the spinning heads of multiple Patrick Troughtons and the faces he makes, I had never really noticed how sad it was/is to see the 2nd Doctor covering his head as his entire body spins hopelessly in the void. I actually almost wanna cry when I see it. Especially, when you consider the 11th Doctor's "It always hurts." answer when Sarah Jane asked him if his regeneration from the 10th Doctor hurt.
