More delicate than other performances, I am impressed by her strong personality. This aria is technically challenging and personal interpretation is often left aside, well, this is not the case.

I just realized she's doing it a half step down. Can she not hit the F6? The mugging she does is a bit silly and distracting. But then again, she's not shooting a formal music video.

Wow - I've only just found this clip. Petibon is not one of my favourites but I think she performed this wonderfully. I loved the little raise of the eyes in the tricky triplet bits.

Have just been checking your 'profile'...
Your being an 'opera composer' sounds a bit high-flown- and that pompous tone, as you 'judge'...
I read you're: "Music Composition major at MSU... play violin, flute and piano (etc.)... "Yeah" [sic!] , you add, are "jewish" (?), and "like boys".
Ah. Opera composer... aged 21... What does Judaism have to do with musical competence? (I'm part Jewish). Does 'liking boys' make you a better judge here?
