Matthew 18:15 says "If your brother sins against you" This woman didn't sin against the pastor, her sin is against God.
This Pastor... and all of us, have had our sins forgiven through Christ. The pastor has decided not to forgive, rather expose this woman's sins after she has left the church indicates he is missing the log in his own eye.
He needs to read the rest of the story in Matthew 18: 32-34
Romans 12:17 would be a great verse for the pastor to study.

honestly where do they get these so called pastors from. If Jesus had been like him folks would have gone running in the other direction. No one is saying to accept sin, but as a pastor he ought to have been given the grace to handle this in a spiritually mature way.

I am disgusted!!!! what people will do in the name of God is unbelieveble. I am sorry, but I do NOT recall Jesus telling the woman at the well that he would publicise to the entire town that she'd had 5 husbands.

And to those who say she should just leave church, she probably lives in a comunity where most of her firnds/family go to. Even if her children aren't there, other will tell them, as a mock probably. Taht's sad. Could she sue? You americans sue about EVERYTHING! This seems as a real cause for a big fat sue.

If I were that woman, I'd investigate that prick of a pastor. He must have some dirty secretes hidden somewhere. Then, on January 4th, I would attend church, hear out my sins, and then take the microphone and expose that mother fucker.
