Wow - So glad to see the full video of "What One Man Can Do" from Windstar Symposium 1991! Touching indeed. R.I.P. Dr. Fuller.

@jasipospisilka I must confess that I knew very little about Buckminster Fuller myself. I have done some further research and learned how truly extraordinary he was. You will find an interesting article about him on Wikipedia.

I've never heard about Mr Fuller - thank you for broading my horizons. JD's wonderful as always. :)

I'm in tears. John always had that effect on me. I was at the Choices for the Future Symposium back in 1988. I helped with the Earthkeeper's program. It was a life-changing experience. He inspired me to make a difference in the world. He challenged me to show what one man (or woman) could do. Now, over 20 years later, I'm returning to Colorado to participate in the Wind Senator training. You see, I wrote a grant to get the first wind turbine on school property in VA. Thank you, John!

I worked as a volunteer for Windstar for a few years while living in Aspen.
Amazing times, coming back through your videos. Thank you!

This is why we love John amd miss him so. This song and, the story of his relationship with Bucky first came to me via Werner Erhard and the EST seminars, which came to New Zealand. Wow. Special times. Thanks again, Michael, for all your postings. Too much =)
