A 14.9 with a 99+ GT isn't the car for sure...It's all driver...Hell the 99-04 GT is capable of 13's straight from the factory...So before any of you wanna put down the GT....you'd be better off putting that on the DRIVER...Hell like i said..I've seen many newer model GT's run high 13's very low 14's@over 100 mph straight from the lot...Not blaming that crap on the GT...That fella driving it...simply needs practice. PERIOD.

No way in hell a stock GT 04 and older is getting into the 13's. Hell the 05-09 GT is only good for mid 13s

most people can drive faster than motor trend drivers LOL, they either bog the engine on a launch or they launch it too hard and get too much wheel spin LOL they suck.

Check my current videos. My Son's 00 SS Camaro 13.1 & his friends 00 GT 13.9 with a CAI & Magnaflow exhaust.. Also My 08 GP GXP went 13.8.

dog, the 2005+ Gt Stangs run 13.8 stock with 40 more horses. My brother leased both and the 07 is waay faster. there's no way a stock 99 is breaking 13's

My 04 GTP was totaled last Nov. when a new driver tried to turn in front of me & we hit headon.
I got a 08 GXP(V8) as a replacement so as soon as I learn to stage a FWD with that much power I will post a VID.

He bought the Mustang used but as far as we known it only has a CAI, Magnaflow cat back exhaust, and 275 rear tires. Now he has a HP clutch and might have his's 3.73 gears in by spring. 13s for sure this year...

We are working on him. That's one of my son's friend's car and he's pretty new to drag racing.
He did get a 14.03 by the end of the night before toasting his clutch.
