Steven Schaefer Associates in Sunday Enquirer: The Photo Shoot

Though the pitch started with a specific focus - wind-safe facilities, also known as "tornado rooms" and/or "safe rooms" (think Jodie Foster in Panic Room, 2002) designed by Steven Schaefer Associates (http://www.ssastructural.com), we dubbed them "Bunkers within Buildings." What resonated with The Cincinnati Enquirer editorial staff, however, an effort led by writer Jeff Wallner and executive editor Josh Pichler, was a deeper look into the world of Steven Schaefer Associates, the largest pure engineering practice in the Midwest, based in Cincinnati. And with that, a feature was born!
