Krautrock / Psychedelic - German band ORGANISATION.

Performing "Silver Forest" from their only LP (TONE FLOAT) released on the RCA label circa 1969/70.

This band featured RALF HUTTER and FLORIAN SCHNEIDER later on the founders of KRAFTWERK, here in those pre Electronic days with the band before KRAFTWERK exiosted, ORGANISATION formed in 1968 and split in 1970 after poor sales of first and only album, RCA dropped them.

VERY RARE KRAUTROCK GEM!! VERY DIFFERENT TO WHAT KRAFTWERK WERE DOING!!

  • I may consider "Milk Rock" or "Rhythm Salad" or both.

"Tone Float" the longest track is going to be a problem, it would have to be split into 2 or 3 parts.

  • I know, youtube really shouldn't have limited videos. I have had to put a home made music video for the Genesis song 'Supper's Ready' in three parts, because I had already agreed to upload it.

'Noitasinagro' has already been uploaded by another youtuber. Strange how Hutter had no song writing credits on this album, he was more important than Schneider songwriting wise after they became Kraftwerk, at least, he had more credits in songs.

Have you got the LP of this then?

  • Not an actual LP no, but I do have the tracks on mp3 format, taken from an LP.

  • The only electronic music of the sixties? There was Gershon Kingsley's Music to Moog By album, Wendy Carlos' Switched on Bach, Karlheinz Stockhausen, Jean Jacques Perrey, Raymond Scott...yeah, there was a lot from 60s. Hell, Raymond Scott dates back even to the 50s in electronic music.

  • @sonicpet The sad thing is all people get for music from the mainstream these days is trash and know nothing about music history. Stop watching American idol and find out what originality is people. Kraftwerk was the tops in electronica.

  • for whom the bells toll?

  • the kraftwerk up to the autobahn album is their best era.

  • @nicademus666 thank you for mentioning delia, let me add bruce haack

  • @ZoolookTheMudkip You mustn't forget Delia Derbyshire, or Morton Subotnick

  • Sensationelle Klanglichkeit für 1969!!!

    Meine Güte klingt das phantastisch!!!

Die frühen "Kraftwerkler" waren doch die Besten!!

    Vielen Dank für's Posten!!

  • Wendy was still Walter Carlos in 1968. Lots of great 1960's Electronic Music! yeah

  • but these stuff are specific to the 70's.i can't imagine such things in the 60's.

  • Wendy Carlos released "Switched on Back" in 1968, which was all electronical and made with synths and such
