He's screaming in timbre because he's not using the timbre of a human voice, he's creaming in the timbre of his amplifier. That's what he's dialling in, at the beginning.

@JeromeBertrem1 timbre is supposed to mean the quality of the musical note or tone. Often also understood as the "color" of the note. So the title baffles me as to how one screams in timbre.
