Not that I'm a cooking whiz or anything, but I made a comparable meringue with room temperature eggs, a pinch of salt to stabilize the mixture, vanilla and granulated sugar.

wow.....so much effort- you have to admire an artist / scientist who puts so much time into his work- only to have it gobbled up by some rich banker pig who knows not of the suffering just to achieve the perfection.
