reset,or unplug wait 10 minute.if not then could be power supply or a badVP200.. call them to change a nother one.you really dont hve to put in you ube just call them or email..

hey there, I think your vp200 may be virus..you can call sorensonvrs support they will be happy to repair it for you by reset or trade other vp200.
I do not like my z340 freeze all times and wrong calls.
and my vp200 is only best calls never mess up. we love vp200.

you need vp-200's power by back plug pull off for 10 second then put it back then it will be fine... that happen to me before. i hope help for you. If you have any problem send me message :)

You can call Tech Support to request it to be replaced and explain it to them that you are experiencing video being defective such as split screens and i am suspecting you have a bad power adpater
