@rchcc122 In case you haven't found them yet, Pebeo Porcelaine 150 paints and paint markers. Dick Blick and Amazon have them for purchase online if you can't find them at your local arts & crafts store.

Is there any equivalent to this sort of pant in the US do you know? Would acrylic paint work similarly? (I'm sorry, I'm really new to all of this- kinda just winging it so far)

You can't use acrylic paint for this - go to your local Art store and ask for paint for use specifically on ceramics. It's usually in the Craft section.
