I don't see the problem with eliminating capital gains tax and eliminating the department of education. Isn't education up to the individual and the states, hence the 10th amendment? I forgot, the constitution is no longer the supreme law of the land, it's more of a symbolic figure to america like the queen is to england.

By the way speaking of history - which party had been in control of Congress since Jan '07, before the economy collapsed, and thus controlled the SPENDING that got us into this mess? I'll give you two guesses and the first one doesn't count (HINT: they got their asses handed to them in the 2010 elections). Nice try tho, now get out of your mom's basement and take a bath. Mmmmkay?

Do some homework and maybe the actual facts I speak of will make sense to you. Do you know the difference between the national debt and the national deficit. Probably not. So do us all a favor and spend more time learning economics and political history and less time on youtube. Although, yes, there may be a cop car I should be shitting on right now.
