  • @STONECOLD1987 agree

  • @GearsOfWarSlayer i already saw it in the movie , when i was watching it on TV

  • @GearsOfWarSlayer no thanks,,i'll give that a miss!

  • The Beginning is just terrible. Dominion is better. (Even William Peter Blatty thinks so)

  • I don't know DChatc. I think both were fine movies. See this isn't exactly scary cause of how light it is, the Howdy faces don't always appear at the best times, the demon looks different, and the end is happy. On the other hand I appreciate originality as well and it wasn't an action/horror film like it's predessecor. But that's the thing. Both have something to offer. Evsn Heretic wasn't terrible. We did need to know what happened to Regan. It's just that it wasn't scary.

  • I guess Warner Bro's decided it would be financially gainful to market to the kids first and than use Dominion as a sort of gimmick to "complete your collection".

  • A fine but largely underated film (The Beginning was just pure dreck and a mockery to the series almost as bad as The Heretic with Richard Burton and a teenage Linda Blair). The studio's standards must be totally bass ackwards for this to have been shelved whilst the largely inferior counterpart was mass marketed to teens and young adults.

This film deals with some deep issues about accountability in the face of sin.

  • You'd have to see the film and know the situation to understand. The simantic environment set up is, like in the first exorcist, more or less mundanely. It is the contrast between these surreal sequences and the otherwise normal setting (at least for most of the world) which is supposed to sucker-punch your psyche.

  • that's Billy Crawford
