I notice that when the male swimmer does his turn he keeps his arms at his sides rather than pointed away from the wall, the female swimmer uses her arms in a more textbook fashion where after the flip her arms are already pointed in the right direction.
Good video! I tend to flip out my arms from my body to gain momentum when turning.. I know it's not "right" but I can't help it. I've also got the feeling that my legs should be higher out of the water. I suppose the trick is to maintain speed up until the exact moment of the turn? I tend to pause slightly just before the turn.. I'm guessing that's the root of my tumble-problems ;-)
