@chairperson just how much water do you use when you mop the floor? I have been installing tile for 27 year, I have not seen it happen yet. Not an issue.

@saldibs If you cut around all of the cabinets when they mop the floor won't water warp the wood...the water that sits beneath the cabinets?

@jocky102 my dad was a tile layer 30 years and ive done a ton of installs and I will agree with you 100%. This dude is for sure one of the best ive seen.

have a 3 tile pattern to do sal ,different sizes to what you done here but have no pattern ...600x300, 450x450 ,300x300..any idea where i could find an image of some sort for that? appreciate any info ..

you are without a doubt the best tiler i have ever seen (bar me), i know how much work goes into this modular tiling, and trying to make a pattern then when putting the tiles down you realise you have put the wrong tile in the wrong place and having to take it out and start again....... lovely work as usual bud

If you mean Pattern when you say "Bond" there most definitely is a Pattern.
