Well, there's two stories... Meryl dies if you take too long fighting liquid. I don't remember Snake helping Raiden.

for one meryl didnt die, snake was big boss's son but made from this weird dna thing he ages faster than normal humans because of that if u dont remember in MGS2, and snake helped raiden in mgs2, so thats why he is bak

That "Coming 2007" font is really ugly; it doesn't really fit Metal Gear Solid. Wait, why is Meryl still alive?? Old snake just looks like Revolver Ocelot. And what, snake commits suicide early in the game? lol No question they ripped off Black Hawk Down, or at least, used it as a reference, this time. And oh great, Raiden is back. Hahah
