A view of the GW Bridge at 900 feet going north, up the Hudson River Corridor. What the pilot of US Airways Flight 1549 saw, but from the other direction. http://davesteinsblog.esresearch.com
It is cool, Dave. I've done it 50 times or so. After 9/11 they closed the corridor for a while. When it opened seeing ground zero was very, very tough.
If you decide to do the corridor, get the New York terminal chart. Use the self-announce Hudson River frequencies. Stay 100 feet below the floor of Class Bravo. Make sure your altimeter is set to LGA or EWR. Keep your ears and eyes open. And have life preservers in the plane...
hahaha i wonder what would happen if you fly under the bridge

@gescoboza You'd get your pilot's license taken away.
