This tree house was custom designed and built by the Best Behaved Boys at Meadowview Construction. After winning this treehouse at a charity auction the homeowners and their children helped us select a suitable tree for the treehouse. It is every kid's dream growing up to have their own special space and this space is certainly special. A team of 6 carpenters had this entire treehouse built in one day including clean-up.

  • Nice treehouse, well done. Im very jealous.

What's the name of the song?artist?

  • @gildedcrest Thanks. I grabbed the music from YouTube so not sure what song or artist it is

  • Is the roof sealed around the tree? Is there a concern for tree growth? If not sealed, How is the floor treated to prevent rot from the water coming inside? Just curious.

  • @7car7 The floor is plywood. The roof was left a couple inches away from the trunk. The treehouses usually have a short lifespan because the kids grow up fast. Any water that runs down the trunk will drain out the bottom so not rot concerns

  • wow! great job!

  • @lemaro1977 thanks

  • gee kids can't even build or help build their own tree houses today. no skills learned

    no safety learned

and built so low to the ground if they fall it will be safe, so they never learn to be aware as well.

  • Very Nice.. How Much!

  • @MrTwentyfourseven a bit over $500 no to expensive.

  • thats a house on top of a tree

  • whats the point of building a tree house , if you aren't building it yourself..the fun of it is to build it by yourself and make mistakes..

well i hope it fun for the kids because they certainly deserve it..

  • Similar support design to mine!! Very cool. i would like to know if you have any suggestions for finishing mine which you can see on my channel. My main goal was not to touch the ground (except for the ladder) and to minimize tree damage. And I added a bridge for fun!! :)
