Personally i dont see Mud, i see dark blues, purples and red/oranges. Its just contrast as far as i am converned. Mud to me is a greyish brown colour, and i don't see that here. Loved the finished work.

@AJDilly Ah.. it's all subjective... and I love the negative comments, because it just shows how subjective art can be. One of my favorite artists of all time is Mark Rotho.... Why???? I don't know.... it's unexplainable and I'm sure many people might say his work is ridiculous. For me it's the fun... the dance... the process of connecting with the materials and the color. I feel complete when I get to BE with the mediums... I'm not sure how it's possible for it to be 'wrong' :)

This is a classic example of someone who hasn't learned that knowing when to stop is just as important of knowing where to begin. >_<;;
