  • @fenixwylde Actually it's a very good tip,my 1st adjustment when the ball starts coming up high is to move my hand position up that always get's me about 1/2 mph and bam right back in the pocket, problem with moving up/down on approach for ball speed is you are also changing ball entry angle which could result in leaving a 10 pin when you were striking before. I move up 1/2 inch when I leave a 10 pin but moving your hand up for more MPH is a very good tip.
