@crankylifter I respectfully disagree. Kwon Hyok is unfortunately a victim of extreme brainwashing, but happened to have better circumstances than those he abused. Does that excuse what he did? Absolutely not, but I am glad that he came clean and showed his face on camera. He had nothing to gain if he left North Korea and then got caught. Ultimately God will judge him, but I feel that he is genuinely sorry. I really want what is happening in NK to end.

should we nuke the place or what? i don't think the people would care. they live in hell and have nothing. some people probably can't take it anymore and beg to die. families get together and say "hey....this life sucks ass so On to the next life...let's shout out Death to Kim and be done with it."

This is happening right now; this very moment...not ten years ago; not seventy years ago; not on another planet. Tomorrow morning and the morning after tomorrow, there's going to be a thousand other Kwon Hyoks reporting for duty, committing the same god-awful acts he did. "Following orders?" Please...why that man is sitting there comfortably, fully nourished...and not telling his stories from behind bars serving a life sentence is beyond me.
