@BlondeBeachBum1124 a lot of people recommend Seche Vete(i've bever tried it) but in my opinion, the best one is: Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Clear Nail Hardener(it is supposed to be a nail hardener, but it works wonders as a top coat, you polish can last more than a week without chips, and also it is cheap($2 (i think)) and it dryes really fast :D

one time my aunty did my nails and put rinestones on it..when it gf i was freaked out cause i thought thAat my nails were coming off i cried i was bout in second grade LOL

i got that round rhinestones (stars) for $1.99
question- does using a clear coat really secure the rhinestones? is it okay to use super glue although it meant be hard to take off?

OR you could just do it like I do since its a toothpick dab it in the nailpolish (clear) and put it on the gem and there you have it! Like Magic O.O
