The Democrat health care plan is so bad that they are threatening imprisonment and fines to get you to go along with it. Imagine that, they will put you away for not purchasing a product that you don't want. This has got to be unconstitutional if anything is unconstitutional. If I refuse to by health care insurance then they will fine me or put me in jail? What has this country come to?

  • @psychphan we are to buy insurence only to drive a car, this is a very poor argument here dude, many many people dont drive a car so should they have to buy car insurence?

  • Thanks to the Dems our country's gone down the fucking drain, that's what! We're unfree but next year when I'm able to vote for the first time (since I'll be 18), I will not for Obama even if hell froze over! Obama's a traitor and should be in jail along with all the other cronies who supposedly represent us.

  • Except the mandate were a Republican idea.

  • Imagine this if you go to jail for no medical insurance:

Jose: I slit the throat of this gringo bitch for smoking my pot.

Jerome: I capped 4 crackers for eye my booty lady.

Vinnie: I gave a guy cement shoes for not paying his debts.

    *All eyes turn to you*

Well couldn't afford medical insurance and I didn't pay the fine.........

(Guy is found the next day raped and murdered)

  • @10YNWA10 My point is what? We all die,but there still are the ones who have health problems who have to deal with them day in and day out,and its these people who need it more then most,So why not just concentrate on the ones who rely need it and not the whole world? What they are doing is trying to control us and mandate us into there system, and if anyone declines,we cant buy, sell or work, because we are not part of the system,if you don't see this, you are blind my friend.

  • @10YNWA10 As to I agree there are many people dying because they can afford health insurance,I have to say we all die,if its not when we are young its when we are old.And to this its silly to say we all must have it.Yes,we all need to calm down about the subject and give to the needy. We need to stop worrying about every person and just leave it the way it is now.there is nothing wrong with the way it is now. They are changing nothing, they are just regulating it.

  • @mystic81006 there are children dying because their families cannot afford regular checkups. the way it should work is that people who can afford health care will have to buy it so as not to be a burden, while those who cannot afford it will have it provided for them. i agree that the world should be much more caring then it is, but the law must assume it is less caring and act accordingly, to ensure, rather than just have faith, that those who need help will get it

  • @10YNWA10 Not every, there are the ones like me who gives a crap about health insurance,if I get sick and doctors don't do anything that on them, that's on there conscience, not mine.If health relates to money in the end then I also opt out of that to,this world is nothing more then greedy people who only care about there greedy money, not a kid who is dying of cancer, but there money.

  • @10YNWA10 If being charitable is being a burden on everyone then I opt out of this world all together, what you just said proves all you care about is your self and what is in your wallet.First you say this for for the people who cant afford health care but we already have Medicaid, then you say we are a burden on everyone. So if we got free health care would we still not be a burden on everyone? its still the tax payer paying for it in the end.

  • @10YNWA10 So then if it for many of people who cant get health insurance, then what the difference to what we have now, there already getting free insurance any how, medicaid pays for most our health insurance,so what the difference to what we have now to what there trying to do? the only difference is they want to regulate it,nothing more.

  • @mystic81006 that doesn't make it a bad example. everyone who can drive a car (less than half of people) must buy car insurance. similarly, everyone who can get into an accident or get sick (all people) must have health insurance
