Gretsch 6136 White Falcon Guitar with TV Jones Classic Pickups - 2-8-2009

The amp I used was a 70's Fender Princeton Reverb!

This was easy to do ,,, I just set the camcorder on my Desk Top, Turned the light towards the camcorder and just started playing!

Little smatterings of "The Gretsch Sound! :)

Those TV Jones Pickups are really happening! :)

*Hey TV, if you're reading this, Sorry I couldn't stick around at the end of the Namm show to get the pickups from you directly ,,, We had a scheduled plane leaving in the later afternoon, so we had to rush back to the airport, a la' Quick like!,, :)

hi there, i have a telecaster custom with humbucker-slots, having tried tv jones on your gretch, but also phat-cat p90s on your jazzmaster, which of the two do you think would best suit a telecaster? thanks :)

Also, Phat -cats would sound really powerful and bright on a Tele I think?

I have this guitar tattooed on my arm exceot its the 60s one. The sad part is I can't afford one :(

Wow, That's a Hard one :)

A Telecaster has completely different dimensions,

I'd say, Find the closest to a Humbucker but I bet the TV Jones would give a Gretsch edge, Twang and the Phat Cats would give a P-90 Sound, yet it would still sound like a Telecaster cause of the guitar and dimension.

They'd give a different slant to a Tele.

All personal tastes!

I've seen Teles with Gretsch Humbuckers in there.

I'd like to hear the results too cause I've never done that before myself,
