I usually have 5-6 reps with this weight

Felt very sluggish today. I was burned out from my job, and wasn't really feeling very well. This is my last workout for I will be going on vacation.

  • No offence but i'm 6"3 175lb and do 3sets of 115 barbell at 10 reps each. You have much much more body weight on me, this really is nothin to brag about let alone post a video on youtube to ego rush. I would swallow you whole.

  • dude thats not impressive at all...EZ curl bars are at a standard weight of 25 lbs so in all reality your only curling 95 which i happen to do on a flat bar for sets of 10 at a bodyweight of 145 lbs

  • Dude, I used to be built almost IDENTICAL to you. The good news is, I'm now repping with the 45's on each side of the ez curl bar, and I got there in about 3 months or so of dedicated training. You're gonna be a beast man, just keep at the gym, and be sure to train your whole body in a routine!
