The Ecuadorian people need to sue their government, not Chevron. Texaco cleaned up all their sites before leaving, and left nothing contaminated. None of the contaminated sites on this video are Texaco. After the state run oil company took over all operations, they made the mess and destroyed their own country.

FRIVOLOUS????? You refer to THAT lifelong DISASTER and DEVASTATION as frivolous!!!!
Yeah, well I suppose you do! Which is EXACTLY why they stand on a legal justice and YOU LOSE, bitch.
You should be paying out 37 TRILLION, and even THEN it would only scratch the surface of real justice...infact every penny you have ever MADE should go to restore the Amazon and ALL its tribal and wildlife. You have been stung by a misquito, and the itch is worse than you could ever dream possible!! HA-HA!

Chevron paid them, whoever authorized that should swing from a gallows pole. The politicians too. They've killed people for money, no better than assassins, except an assassin kills his mark quickly, rather than the horrible deaths these people will suffer.
