I'm finally back in the gym after being a mushroom all summer...and boy am I out of shape!
This is my first attempt at a free hip to Higgins in half a decade so it's a little sloppy and I don't swing a giant out of it. Ideally, I'd like to swing a el-grip giant out of it to fulfill that element group, but it may be a while before that happens.
My hands have gotten soft over the last few months making me prone to rips (as you can see).
For some reason my ankles are having problems, which is severely limiting my tumbling for now.

yeah my hands always rip when i go on the bars also. it freaking sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!
