Inkscape, the free vector drawing program for Linux, Macintosh, and Windows, is incredible in what it can do. This musical slideshow is a collection of some of the best graphics I could find created with Inkscape.

This presentation was created using the slideshow feature of iPhoto, exporting the slideshow to QuickTime at 720 x 480 pixels. The opening and closing titles were added using iMovie.

Inkscape runs on all major computer platforms -- Linux, Macintosh, and Windows.
(You'll need to install X11, some free software that comes with the CD on new Macs, to run Inkscape on Mac OS 10.4 computers.)

Note - you can see a Picasa Webalbum slideshow of these same graphics (in larger size) at http://tinyurl.com/3ex3ac

To learn more about Inkscape, search YouTube for some excellent Inkscape screencasts.

My favorite Inkscape screencast here on YouTube is the Photo Popping one.
