World's Most Disgusting Apartment!

This woman makes me angry.

This has nothing to do with the Hurricane. We had a resident who had an outstanding balance for over a month and no one could get ahold of her. The Bookkeeper went inside after so many tries to leave a note and this is what we found.

The pictures do NO justice. There is suppose to be 2 cats living here but we cant find them (we think theyre dead somewhere inside the apartment-we contacted the SPCA). The place REEKS to say the least, i gagged non stop.

If I was at her house like to pay her a visit to try and help her clean up, I would faint and be passed out for three hours! That's a garbage dump and the place either needs to be cleaned by very brave men and women with gas masks, protective gloves, and high rubber boots with a life supply of trash bags or just burn the place down altogether and start and rebuild from scratch!
