''Improvisation and using parkour without previously working out which techniques to use is important for training.'' look at ''which techniques to use'' wtf i thought u evolved since da time man.. no joke but ive been looking this account for quite long (not because u are good (infact u suck) but to see how fast u will progress..) but u havent progressed in over a year.that is absolutely patetic. and there is no such thing has techniques. train more. *alot more* or u will get no where!!!! ever!

Look man, I'm pretty sure that we shot this at round about the time of whatever other shitty video you saw of mine.
Just because I uploaded a clip in 2007 doesn't mean I've not improved at all, I just don't see the point in wasting valuable training time filming every inch of progress.
And for the record, insulting other people doesn't get you anywhere. Perhaps you should spend less time leaving useless comments and more time actually doing something productive with your time?

That does look like a really awesome spot.
Anyway, that roll was kinda unnecessary (unless you tripped or something.)

That's only a bit of the spot :D
I agree, the roll was unneeded, but I was making it up as I went along and I just felt like doing it.

really nnice spot

Yeah, it's brilliant. All the rails are perfectly spaced apart, and it's in the middle of a massive grouping of other parkour spots.
