Lybia was the best developed country of Africa under Gadhaffi. Things are rapidly changing for the worst. Soon the Lybians will pray for the Gadhaffi era to return, but that will not be possible.

Ok. Forget electing 200 people. Who the fuck said you MUST elect 200 people. That's BS.
Elect 1 person from each tribe and let them fight it out until they get sick of fighting and public pressure forces them to do something. Ultimately, they will form alliances and subsequently form political Parties.
