80's music program Beat Box Intro, with Midnight Oil's Rob Hirst bashin away, Rob programmed the drums for the new intro and played for the clip, drum machines where still relatively new back in the 80's

  • Yeah, I did my apprenticeship out at quakers hill in the mid 80's, and Beatbox was very much the "westies" show.

    Thanks very much, very hard to find this, most people at the ABC shops look at you like a dalek when you ask about it.

  • banger181, yeah I had that one too, did it have a version "that's what linda said"on it, I think there was four variations on the tape.

  • Sprint74 you bloody legend - I used to love this show as a teenager and this intro with Rob Hirst is still sensational. I have been hanging to see this again for 20 odd years. Cheers!
