That was wonderful. The lesson here everyone, is to find that thing that works for you. If you can't find your own thing lie on the floor and move with the clouds as suggested. With bravery and positivity we all can overcome our own intrusive thoughts and feelings of life being worthless. Because we all do. Take from this video nothing more than you Can make it thru. Here is a woman who did. And this is how. Just listen. Gently and gradually. Thank you.
