  • Oh I'm sure you only ever upload perfect laps, feel free to upload a better lap of yours.

Anyway, who says every lap I upload has to be perfect? These videos are merely a display of LFS's physics and should give people a feeling for how it is to drive in LFS. A little sliding and correcting shows the twitchyness (yet the beauty of its handling) of the LX6 on track.

To be honest, if gearboxes, clutches and all that stuff in real life were like they were in LFS at the time, and people could gain time from flatshifting, I'm sure everyone would try and find a way to do it. Also, flatshifting was and is not cheating. Everyone can do it, at any time, it's a part of LFS and other sims too. But unlike in the older versions, you've got to watch your clutch temperature nowadays.

  • @viame12 Surely not, as it has no downforce or slicks. FBM is ALOT faster, no matter what the combo is.

  • Nice flat shifting u tool. What a disgrace.

  • kkkkkkkkk This old car in this video can be faster than a FBM! kkkkkkkkkkkk

  • this was before the patch that included clutch-damage though, try doing that now in LFS, and goodbye clutch

  • Gearbox simulation was diffrent back then. Cluch overheating didn´t even exist. Happy it has changed.

  • Yeah keeps the flywheel whirling. Kills the clutch but...just hit shift+R and NEW CLUTCH!

  • wow, very nice and very fast, i am sure u were practicing alot to learn the circuit that well.

Yeah and those drifts at some corners are scary it looks like thats it u lost it and then you retake the control of the car, awesome.
