Add cydia repo :
brandon28139.exofire.net/repo/ with http:// in the front of course
then search Weather Elements 4-1 already have it
Install it
SET UP is easier than ever before
You just need your zip code and respring booom
Your animated weather is ready *__* will need winterboard to active it
